Our personal care service is aimed at improving our clients' independence

and boost their confidence and self-esteem.

Bathing and Showering - Bathing does not only cleanses the skin but gives client the extra level

of confidence that can only enhance physical well-being, provides relaxation and circulation.

Grooming - Grooming is done in a considerate manner which respects the client's dignity

and right to privacy.  This helps prevent infection and promotes comfort. 

It involves clean hair, nails and clothes.

Personal hygiene - Good hygiene helps keep teeth, skin and mucous membranes intact

and healthy.  It involves activities to clean the skin, teeth, mouth and promote comfort, safety and health

Engage clients in activities.  Engaging clients in activities such as reading, mind games,

crosswords and exercises increases stamina and energy, a strengthened heart,

lower blood pressure and improved digestion and sleep.

In addition, activity improves mood, releases stress and increases mental alertness.

Running errands . This service includes shop for groceries, picking up prescriptions and mails.

Companionship 

Our PSW are available to interact with our clients and share life experiences, joys sorrows and needs. We understand the unique needs of our clients and we treat them with compassion and consideration.

Light Housekeeping 

Great Help keep our clients' living environment clean, orderly, healthy and safe.

Keep the house clean and tidy (vacuuming, dusting, bed making)

Our services include

Laundry - Wash dishes - Organize closet - Meal Preparation 

Incidental Transportation 

We provide transportation to medical appointments, salons, barbershops, errands. 

Medication Reminders 

Our PSW ensures that our client take their medication as prescribed by their Physician.

They assist with opening containers, and reading the labels. 

Live-in Services

Our staff "lives-in" your home one to seven days a week. This is ideal for individuals or couples who need care during the day, and the presence of assistance ready to serve in emergencies at night. Available 1 to 7 days per week care is arranged only when you need it. Whether it's once in a few weeks or for a full vacation, our staff will give you the well deserved break you want.

24/7 Customer Support 

Great Help is committed to making life easy for you and your family by offering a 24/7 customer hotline. 

Our Care Coordinator will assess your love one’s specific healthcare needs and propose a healthcare plan that will take care of their specific needs with their activities of daily living.
